Chiropractic Care Created Precisely For You

At SpineCore Chiropractic, we perform necessary soft tissue work prior to performing spinal adjustments. We believe that loosening tight and tense muscles prior to adjustments is critical for maximizing the treatment's effects and making it more comfortable for our patients.

Our caring staff and chiropractic physician will help you not only get back on your feet, but also understand how spinal health affects your overall quality of life, through our expert care. We will discuss our findings, what they mean, and what we can offer to get you to where you want to go after your initial examination and report of findings. If you have been in pain due to an auto accident, sports injuries, or just everyday acute and chronic pain, we can help!

Our patients come from all over King County and Puget Sound, including Renton, Kent, Tukwila, Auburn, and Federal Way. Our treatment can help with neck pain, back pain, sciatica, bulging disc, disc herniation, shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, auto accident injuries, scoliosis, knee pain, hip pain, foot pain, headache, migraine, vertigo, and more.

Dr. Kim is wonderful! My mother has really bad back pain and leg numbness from spinal stenosis. She went to several other chiropractors without much improvement. However, we found Dr. Kim, and he has been great! Dr. Kim has such a great bedside manner, and my mother can see that he really cares. Dr. Kim's special cupping treatment has really made a difference in her legs. She still has numbness, but she has had some improvement in sensation. My mother can definitely walk better now as a result of Dr. Kim's treatment. We strongly recommend Dr. Kim! Read More
